Growth in lending to Ireland's private sector slowed further in February to its weakest level in over four years, with mortgage growth hitting a fresh 14-year low as the property market cooled.
Overall private sector credit growth slowed to an annual rate of 15.6 per cent last month from a revised 16.6 per cent in January and was the weakest rate of expansion since September 2003, data from the Central Bank of Ireland showed yesterday.See the full content of this document
