Dear Editor, - I object to the section in the letter Wake up Call for the NEC, in The Birmingham Post where the writer comments about his first impression of the staff that the management and workforce should attend a charm school whereas he had been to ExCeL in London and the staff were completely different.

I strongly object to this I have worked at the NEC for 15 years and there has never been any comments made about our attitude or the way we look.
