Summary
Dear Editor, -Much has been written recently in The Post from Councillor Ian Ward regarding Moseley baths. His last letter quoted that the original design, construction and material were not as good a quality as buildings erected in that period and that the baths were suffering from dry and wet rot, with steelwork rusting etc.
These comments of his are almost identical to the faults listed relating to the Central Library and the Town Hall. Surely any responsible owner of property carries out maintenance on it on a yearly basis and all these faults should have been spotted and corrected before too much damage was done.See the full content of this document
