Dear Editor, The local elections are here again and in my ward Labour, Liberal Democrats and Respect all have one fault in common. They all want to abolish the red lines in Sparkhill. Why? Because the shopkeepers along the red route are losing trade.
What about the residents of Springfield who are not shopkeepers? With the red lines in place, they can now walk from Springfield Road to Formans Road in safety; before they had to squeeze round cars and vans parked on the pavement.See the full content of this document
