Dear Editor, - Gordon Brown said recently that his ambition was "full employment" and a very laudable one too, mine is to win the lottery and help him achieve his employment figures by hanging up my pen, but I fear that we both are going to be sadly disappointed. Recently, 700 jobs were lost byMars to Eastern Europe, the Armed Forces are to reduce their staffing levels by 2,600 and the BBC by 1,730. That, Mr Brown adds up to 5,030 lost jobs.
