Dear Editor, - Chris Kelly's pronouncements that consultation on transport projects is a "fudge" are wrong (Post, July 17).
Mr Kelly's firm was one of many businesses written to by Sand well Council in advance of work starting. Far from adopting a "closed shop" approach, Sandwell wanted to explain the work and hear the views of those who would be affected by it, as I and they had promised.See the full content of this document
