Dear Editor, - With regard to the enormous amount of revenue arising from parking tickets, might I bring to your attention what I consider to be a very unfair practice.
At the corner of North Road, Harborne, leading towards Birmingham there used to be a sign No Waiting before 10am. The sign has been missing for at least six months and the traffic warden is handing out parking tickets like confetti.See the full content of this document
