Dear Editor, -As the Post Office reels from one disaster to another it is no surprise that their workers are now feeling the repercussions of bad planning and a blatant disregard for its customers.

The one late delivery is causing chaos in business and anger in its workforce. So just what has the Post Office accomplished - higher postal rates, post offices closed, the mail train scrapped, with an end product of a worse service.
