Dear Editor, - Your editorial on the Birmingham Strategic Partnership (Post, Feb 17) made a good point. If business, city council, the voluntary sector and other agencies are going to build a 21st century Birmingham with high quality services, they must work in partnership to do so. But partnership requires both leadership and accountability.
