Summary
Dear Editor, - The dominant factor in the now long-running debate about the Eastside Library scheme is, to my mind, not so much the question as whether or not a new library will be built, as where it will be.
That the right place for the Central Reference Library is in the centre, seems so obvious that it shouldn't need to be stated. For my own part I certainly don't want to see it moved away from its present location in the city's pleasant cultural and leisure area - clearly defined by its buildings and open spaces.See the full content of this document
