Summary
Dear Editor, - Paul Tilsley (Post, Mar 25) suggests the council have their own plans for a multi-purpose stadium in place of the Birmingham City/Las Vegas Sands proposition - funded by monies from the NEC Casino operation.
Presumably Mr Tilsley's idea of a sports stadium will have been designed on the back of an envelope and be a split site - pitch on one side of the city and spectators on the other.See the full content of this document
