Radio advertising specialist Tony Hertz, of Hertz Radio and Other Clever Advertising, has been recruiting West Midlands-based actors to play roles in his award-winning commercials.

'The commercials I produce are actually like miniature radio plays, involving scenes and characters, rather than voices,' he explained, 'so I always work with experienced actors and I've tended to record exclusively in London where there's a huge talent pool.'
