Farmers have been urged not to panic over new rules which could see them fined for driving tractors onto soggy fields.
The National Farmers Union said people in the industry should not worry about a raft of regulations brought in as part of the new Single Payment scheme. One Warwickshire farmer has labelled the regulations as 'poisonous' and voiced fears that payments could be withdrawn, if those in the industry fail to comply.See the full content of this document
