Worcestershire-based Maximus has secured a major planning consent to regenerate a 230-acre site in Derbyshire.
The company has been granted outline planning permission by North East Derbyshire District Council for 980 homes, 300,000 sq ft of employment space, a hotel, local amenities and public open space on the former Biwater Works site in Clay Cross.
