MFG Solicitors has appointed a new commercial litigation partner to its commercial team.

Tom Esler (above with head of litigation Suzanne Lee) is formerly head of commercial litigation at Martin Kaye Solicitors. He will be based at MFG's business centre in Halesowen. He is a specialist litigator with 15 years' experience in commercial dispute resolution and risk management. He has extensive mediation experience and has represented parties in a wide range of disputes. "Primarily I act for shareholders and directors of owner-managed businesses advising on all areas of company law, ecommerce, insolvency and intellectual property," said Mr Esler.
