Midlands commercial property group A&J Mucklow yesterday revealed it was on to a double winner in Worcester.
Chairman Rupert Mucklow told the company's AGM that since the end of the financial year it had agreed to buy an undisclosed 50,000 sq ft industrial/warehouse unit in the city for pounds 2.32 million, and had already agreed to let it for pounds 217,000 a year, a return of nine per cent.See the full content of this document
