West Midlands-based property developer Opus Land has started on site work at Opus 9 - its 25-acre site at Wednesbury, Sandwell, on Junction 9 of the M6.
Funded by clients of Arlington Property Investors, the pounds 45 million venture, the largest industrial deal in the Black Country for a decade, has planning consent for 450,000 sq ft of production, warehousing and distribution facilities and will comprise a mix of speculative as well as design and build options, in buildings from 50,000 sq ft and above.See the full content of this document
