Summary
The wraps have come off plans for 'Spain's Poundbury', a development in the Murcia area of the Costa Blanca comprising contemporary new homes with the external appearance of those built in the eighteenth century. The scheme by Golf Invest is being marketed to UK buyers by Ultra Villas Ltd of Cheltenham.
When it is completed in 2008, Senorio de Roda, a peaceful rural retreat two miles from the Mar Menor beach at Los Alcazares, will provide 600 homes on 100 hectares (247 acres) of land acquired from the family of the Marquis de Rozalejo, whose sixteenth century palace is adjacent to the development, by Peinsa and Golf Invest. Both companies can draw on more than 30 years of experience in residential development.See the full content of this document
