Dear Sir, With all the publicity surrounding Pablo Mason's industrial tribunal case I feel it is important to show another side to Pablo. Pablo's RAF career, and love of flying, started as a young cadet with 165 Castle Bromwich squadron of the Air Training Corps.

I got to know him when I took over command of the Squadron in 1990. He has given up much valuable spare time over the years to visit, and give motivational talks to, the young cadets of this and other squadrons.
