This week we cross a canal a couple of times which reminds me that sadly David Hutchings has recently died.
David was so passionate about the restoration of old waterways that have been so neglected over many decades and was a leader who mustered volunteer labour and official bodies to give us fine escape routes into the countryside by boat or on foot.See the full content of this document
