Summary


Almost half of all young adults are pushed into excessive spending by their mates, a report has indicated.

National Savings and Investments' Quarterly Savings Survey found that 44 per cent of 16 to 24-year-olds said their friends put pressure on them to keep splashing out even when they ran out of money.
