More than 200 owner managers from across the West Midlands attended The Next Step Conference at Birmingham's International Convention Centre, which was organised by Black Country Chamber & Business Link.
The event was part of a Succession and Ownership Support initiative launched in May to encourage succession planning in firms with up to 250 employees.
