Summary
Prices paid by investor landlords eased in August but were still almost pounds 8,400, or 5.5 per cent higher than in April, according to the latest survey by specialist lender Paragon Mortgages.
This period of relatively strong increases in landlord property prices is in marked contrast with the period between November 2004 and April when property values were static or fell slightly, the Solihull-based company said.See the full content of this document
