Roadlink International, of Strawberry Lane in Wil-lenhall, announced yesterday that it had bought the smaller Capus (UK), which is based in Sittingbourne in Kent, for an undisclosed sum.
The move will allow Roadlink - which supplies original equipment- quality brake, steering and suspension components to commercial vehicle fleet operators - to expand out of its traditional market areas of the Midlands, the North and Scotland.See the full content of this document
