A Rugby Football Union competitions panel has recommended a review of the league structure in the West Midlands and a possible restructuring ahead of the 2005-06 season.
The panel, chaired by Robert Horner and also comprising Peter Trunkfield and Christopher Quinlan, was convened to consider Kings Norton's appeal against the decision of the Midlands Leagues Organising Committee to refuse them permission to make a level transfer from North Midlands One (South) to the newly-created Midlands Five West (North).See the full content of this document
