Summary
West Midlands Fire Service is set to take on a second fire investigation dog and handler as part of its fight to tackle arson. The service has been offered a five-year funding package from Marks & Spencer to pay for the second dog to be trained, and to pay the civilian dog handler's wages.
The two organisations operate a local authority partnership scheme under which the company supports a range of community fire safety activities for the service, in return for advice and expertise.See the full content of this document
