In the past 12 months, SEGRO's Kings Norton Business Centre (KNBC) has completed 13 new deals, providing strong testament to the popularity of the estate to occupiers. The lettings comprise more than 56,000 sq ft of space and generate a total rental income of more than pounds 355,000 per annum.
