Like it or loathe it, Twenty20 cricket is here to stay. All arguments about the worth of this format of cricket are largely redundant now, and the growth of the format appears inevitable. Most importantly, it has worked. The aim of Twenty20 was to revive cricket's flagging fortunes. On this criteria it can only be judged a success.
