Software and IT services group Innovise has boosted its range of services after agreeing to pay pounds 800,000 for web-hosting company RapidHost Ltd The cash and share deal will allow Brierley Hill-based Innovise to bring together RapidHost's system hosting capability within its own Software Solutions division.
Mike Taylor, the chief executive of AIM listed Innovise, said: "There are two major gains for the division.
