Business leaders from across the West Midlands will gather at the Advanced Technology Centre in Brierley Hill next week to debate one of the gravest issues facing the country today - how to tackle the UK's talent challenge.

Organised by Business in the Community at the request of the Prime Minister, the event is the second in a series of regional talent debates taking place around the country exploring how best to address Britain's urgent talent shortage.
