Two of the UK's top property agents - both with a significant presence in the Midlands - are joining forces. Consultants FPDSavills have acquired chartered surveyors Smith-Woolley, one of the oldest and most respected land management practices.
The deal brings an additional 150,000 acres of rural land under FPDSavills' management, resulting in the most comprehensive rural property practice in the UK. FPDSavills will now manage a total of more than two million acres.See the full content of this document
