Region's Teenage Pregnancy Rates Fall Below National Average

Teenage pregnancy rates in the Midlands have fallen to below the national average, according to new Government figures published yesterday.

Work done by the Office of National Statistics revealed there was only a one per cent drop in these rates between 2004 and 2005 across England and Wales.
