Summary
Just about now the New Year's resolutions tend to evaporate. Some people will laugh off their failed resolve, but I suspect there are others of you who, like me, will feel guilty about not having had the fortitude to change your life for the better.
This does not mean that it is silly to make resolutions only to break them. We are all frail creatures who fail, and we must acknowledge that fact first of all. But it is surely a very good thing to review our life, identify problem areas, and then take action to deal with them.
