Three travel firm directors duped hundreds of holidaymakers into paying pounds 140,000 for trips they had no chance of going on, a court heard yesterday.

Brothers Kevin and Mark Tull, both 28, and Matthew Rigden, 22, ran a business from Lowestoft, Suffolk, that offered flights and luxury accommodation in return for a pounds 39.99 "registration" fee.
