A group of travellers fighting eviction from an illegal camp have won the right to make a High Court challenge to the local planners' enforcement orders.
Mr Justice Beatson, sitting in London, allowed the group to bring a judicial review of Nuneaton and Bedworth Borough Council's decision to enforce the eviction with their own bailiffs rather than go back to the county court judge who ordered the clearing of the site in Warwickshire.See the full content of this document
