Kidderminster Harriers manager Stuart Watkiss must rethink his transfer plans after failing in bids to recruit midfielders Chris Holland and Dean Bennett.

Watkiss had hoped to have Boston United's Holland on board in time for Saturday's home game with Oxford United, but that deal has been scuppered because Holland's move had depended on the Pilgrims adding to their own ranks. Their planned target has been injured, so Boston boss Steve Evans needs to hold on to the transfer-listed one- time Birmingham City player.
