Women Get Higher Pay Rises

Summary


Female managers in the Midlands enjoy higher pay rises, and more women receive bonuses than men, but they are still earning 14 per cent less.

A survey of 22,500 UK managers and executives by the Chartered Management Institute and Remuneration Economics revealed salaries for female executives in the Midlands rose by 7.9 per cent compared to 6.2 per cent for men.
