Summary


The fallout from Worcester's match at Adams Park continued yesterday with Wasps' England No 8 James Haskell being banned for a week by a Rugby Football Union disciplinary committee after admitting butting during Warriors' 11-10 victory earlier this month.

Haskell was one of two Wasps players summoned to appear before the hearing and while team-mate Richard Birkett was merely reprimanded and warned for stamping on Netani Talei, it transpired Worcester's Tom Wood and Greg Rawlinson were even luckier not to have been brought before the committee at all.
