Summary
My strongest childhood holiday memory is of going to the Lake District with my parents and three brothers. Not surprisingly I remember lots of climbing even though I must have only been about nine so I'm pretty sure they weren't steep mountains.
The whole of the Lakes has always seemed to me to have a kind of magic about it' it's such a small area with such extraordinary and amazing physical features.See the full content of this document
