Summary
IT training provider Xpertise (XPG) has acquired Parity Training in a deal that will create the second largest IT training company in the UK. The pounds 4.77 million deal, subject to shareholder approval, will create an enlarged group with training centres in the Midlands as well as London, Greater Manchester, Leeds, Newcastle and the Thames Valley.
